A land transaction ("Deed of Exchange") between Charles Dickson and Jonathan Woodbury, in which, Dickson and Woodbury agree to an exchange of land ownership. Woodbury's property, formerly owned by Joshua Welch, was exchanged for the property owned by Dickson. The exchange was witnessed by D.
