A land exchange between James Anderson, Yeoman, and Charles Dickson, Esquire, both from Horton, in which Anderson conveyed to Dickson a Certain Tract or Parcel of Land and Situate being and lying in the Township of Horton aforesaid being one half of the Lot Commonly Called a Second Division farm Lot Discribed by Number eighteen in Letter B which half of Said Lot Contains by Estimation fifty Acres be the Same more or Less Together with twenty Pounds of Size on the Same, in Exchange for Two Certain Tracts or Lots of Land Situate lying and being in the Township of Horton aforesaid commonly called town Lots being Number two and three in Letter B in the Second Division of Town Lots Containing half an Acre each be the Same more or Less together with the Dwelling house standing thereon.
