Land transaction Charles and Abiel Brown to Jonathan Crane

Land transaction by which Charles and Abiel Brown, for the sum of thirty pounds, "Sell unto the said Jonathan Crane one certain tract of land lying and being in said Township of Horton, viz Eleven Acres of Land to lye at the South End or side of the Grant pasture formerly belonging to the late Jacob Brown Deceased, being a part of the same land said Jacob Brown conveyed to as our Brothers and Sisters which Eleven Acres of Land is to lye North of and adjoining the Allison (?) so called now the property of James N. Crane and William Crane lying on the East side of the Road leading from the Grand Paree toward Gaspereau or Lilchy Bridge, said Eleven Acres to lye at and Equal Width at Each End."
